   • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
   • Include the RMA number with your returned item to ensure proper processing.
   • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or item arrived damaged).

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

   • If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
   • We will arrange for the defective item to be returned and a replacement sent at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain items such as glass parts, door handles, and plastic items like crisper pans or door bins are not eligible for return unless they do not fit your model.

5. Restocking Fees:

   • Items returned between 31 and 90 days from the date of shipment may incur a restocking fee of $15.
   • Items shipped over 90 days ago are not eligible for return.

6. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.
   • Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
